Dave's NOT Chicken is a life changer for those that don't eat chicken. I am infinitely grateful it was brought back after being offered for the first 1/2 of 2024. This location specifically does a decent job handling orders (both dine-in and online). The cauliflower takes a bit longer, so expect to wait if you order it. The ambiance is nice - this location feels a lot more open and spacious than other ones. The tables are always clean and well-maintained. My go-to order is a cauliflower slider (Hot) with the cauliflower bites (Medium). I crave this constantly and can only hope it stays on the menu permanently this time! -1 star because one employee made a rude comment to me when I was trying to see if my online order was on the shelf (not touching anything, just looking at the receipts) and I was met with "Don't even think about it!" in a really condescending tone. We were in a rush and it was well past the completion ETA, I was just trying to see if our order was even ready. Obviously I wouldn't be touching anyone's bag. They would benefit more from a system like sweetgreen or CAVA where you can just grab your bag and go. It seems counterintuitive to have to wait in a line of people ordering just to get your online order.
The food was great the building was amazing with its astonishing quality! The service was simple yet efficient!
So I've enjoyed other hot chicken spots and had to try this one. I ordered the reaper and had to sign a wavier. I ordered the extra hot tenders and medium nuggets. First off the pickles are delicious and crispy. So.yes the reaper had my eyeballs sweating for a min but I was able to recover and for the record I enjoy very spicy foods. I will say I really enjoyed the extra hot .good flavor and juicy chicken. I'd say it's worth a shot to try. Don't judge my face sweating after eating a reaper tender.
My daughter and I love hot chicken so this was just another place to check off the list! I got the hot level chicken tender and slider sandwich, she got medium level slider sandwich. The hot level was good wanted a tad bit more heat to it and her medium she as well craved a bit more heat. The flavoring and the seasonings to the chicken were well. We did have one inconvenience the chairs are not suitable to put a car seat on and there high chairs are plastic not the wooden ones to turn around and place the car seat on as back up so had to put ours on the floor only reason for my 4 star
First time trying, was my wife's idea. Came in Du day afternoon and there was no wait/ Freund let face at the front greeted us and explained some options for us as well. I ordered the slider and tender meal, extra hot because I love spicy. I have to say extra got was not as spicy as I thought. It has a zing to it but not what I expected but the flavor was still on point. I love me some good hot chicken and this definitely satisfied the craving. The combination of the slaw and pickles give the sides that crunchy texture and I added cheese on mine and mixed with the sauce they have offered a good cut of the heat. What made me give them 5 stars was staff that took our order, she was very nice and very informative. She sensed that it was our first time here and she made us feel comfortable and having staff like that is a key component in a business.
